John Tope and Tick Tock Productions have just finished and released a new clock repair

course called, “PRO advanced clock repair”.  The detailed four hour course on 2 VHS video tapes, with an accompanying 36 page course manual, is full of essential learning for all clock repair enthusiast.  You can watch and follow along from your work bench as you learn to repair antique mechanical clocks.  It is a step by step approach that guides you through each repair with close up shots of actual live repairs.

The manual follows the sequence of the video program and includes additional repair information, pictures, illustrations and repair tips.  An all essential 3 page tool list is included that gives the name, make, model number, price and source of purchase for all tools used throughout the video program.

This is the third installment of the antique clock repair courses from John Tope and Tick Tock Productions.  None of the information in this course is repeated information from a previous course.  “PRO advanced clock repair” follows the previous releases of “Advanced Clock Repair” and “Clock Repair 1 and 2”.  Each course is four hours in length on 2 VHS videos with an accompanying course manual.  With this third installment, that totals 12 hours of clock repair instruction!  There are no other clock repair video courses available with this amount of content, instruction and detail!

This is most likely the last in the series of general clock repair.  Future courses will be created for more specialized repair work such as:  Case restoration and conservation, English and German movements, Wooden works repair, Weighted movements and French clock repair.

Tick Tock Productions is dedicated to the development of educational programs on the subject of antique clock repair and promoting horological interest throughout the world.
